Yep, it was a wonderful week for Aussie motorsport:

WHAT a fantastic week for Australian motorsport. [Mark Webber] I dominated the Brazilian Grand Prix yesterday, Jason Crump – a good friend of mine – won the Speedway World Championship in Poland, and Casey Stoner won the MotoGP race at Phillip Island. Advance Australia Fair has been ringing out on podiums across the world, which is marvellous.

But how bloody typical.

Our Aussie friends are good at sports that require them to sit on the bum and make a lot of noise.

I’m not really a petrolhead so I must admit this is a little left field for me.

I wouldn’t possibly think about scheduling a time insensitive post about something as irrelevant as school bus racing in the US.
